As a Preferred Communications customer, you are responsible for shipping costs.
Our primary shipping carrier is FedEx. We ship to you to meet your delivery requirements. We can ship same day, overnight, 2-day or economy 3-day. Each product is carefully packaged to assure a safe delivery. We insure each shipment for its full value in case of loss or damage. We will ship via your FedEx account number or ours.
Shipping via other carriers is handled on a case by case basis per customer request.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, etc. charged to obtain entry into their country.
Any shipping damage must be claimed immediately to the carrier and to us. Returns must be authorized.
