The radio supports an Interactive Messaging Mode, which generates acknowledgments for each message delivered, and Broadcast Messaging Mode which can be used to broadcast messages with up to 3kbps throughput to all radios in pre-defined groups simultaneously. The TT-3026M easyTrack is the world's first Inmarsat mini-C system, comprising transceiver, antenna, and 12-channel GPS receiver in one single unit. The easyTrack offers global data communication via the Inmarsat-C Satellite Network, and supports all Inmarsat-C services including e-mail, position reporting and polling, fax, telex, X.25, as well as communication between Inmarsat-C mobiles.


The extremely compact design and power conserving features of easyTrack makes it very attractive for use in AVL (Automatic Vehicle/Vessel Location), VMS (Vehicle/Vessel Monitoring System), SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition), and e-mail applications.
